Sources Policy
Break and Steal an Egg data is only as useful as its source trail. We keep official identity, gameplay details, and numeric claims separate so a reader can tell what is confirmed and what is still under review.
Where our information comes from
- Official channels first: the game's website, Discord, patch notes, and in-game announcements.
- In-game verification whenever possible.
- Community sources are used only to cross-check, never as the sole basis for a claim.
- Named guides may support routes, thresholds, and upgrade descriptions when they are specific and internally consistent.
- Video transcripts can provide leads, but they do not make a numeric claim verified on their own.
How source labels are used
An entry can be real while some attributes remain unknown. For example, an egg may appear in a published index while its health, odds, and pet roster stay pending. We would rather show those fields as unresolved than invent numbers to complete a table.
Verification and dating
Every page shows when it was last researched or updated. Codes marked as verified have been confirmed through an official source; anything unconfirmed is labeled accordingly.
Code pages are especially conservative. A copied list is not a source. A reward string is published only when its origin and reward can be identified; otherwise the active list stays empty.
Uncertainty
When information cannot be confirmed, we say so directly instead of guessing. Rumors are either excluded or clearly marked as unverified.
